1.1. Відповідно до видатків міського бюджету на 2021 рік та до п. 4 ч. 5 ст. 41 Закону України від 25.12.2015р. №922-VIII «Про публічні закупівлі» - «4) продовження строку дії договору про закупівлю та строку виконання зобов’язань щодо передачі товару, виконання робіт, надання послуг у разі виникнення документально підтверджених об’єктивних обставин, що спричинили таке продовження, у тому числі обставин непереборної сили, затримки фінансування витрат замовника, за умови що такі зміни не призведуть до збільшення суми, визначеної в договорі про закупівлю;».
1.2. В зв’язку з господарською необхідністю викласти в новій редакції пункт 4.2.3 договору :
«4.2.3 Строк виконання робіт – до 01.12.2021р.»
