Note:
1. Керуючись п. 1,7 ч. 5 ст. 41 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі" Рішенням Виконавчого комітету Нововодолазької селищної ради № 312 від 12.11.2021 Сторони дійшли згоди внести зміни до Договору, а саме:
1.1. Викласти пункт 3.4 Розділу 3 «Ціна договору» у новій редакції:
«3.4 . Тарифи за теплову енергію за 1 Гкал для потреб бюджетних установ становлять:
з 01.01.2021 р. по 11.02.2021 р. – 2 621,48 грн.,
з 12.02.2021 р. по 15.11.2021 р. – 2 977,68 грн. без ПДВ (Рішення Виконавчого комітету Нововодолазької селищної ради №203 від 03.10.2019р.),
з 01.10.2021 по 15.11.2021 р. - 3260,81 грн.без ПДВ (Рішення Виконавчого комітету Нововодолазької селищної ради № 203 від 03.10.2019)
з 16.11.2021 по 31.12.2021р. – 4209,76 грн.без ПДВ (Рішення Виконавчого комітету Нововодолазької селищної ради №312 від 12.11.2021 р.).
