Керуючись нормами п.3 ч.5 ст.41 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі" Сторони вирішили покращити якість предмета закупівлі без зміни загальної суми Договору, а саме:
1) змінити термін дії договору до 31 грудня 2021 року;
2) у зв'язку зі збільшенням фінансування в 2021 році внести зміни в розподіл коштів по роках;
3) викласти додатки до Договору в новій редакції;
4) внести зміни в реквізити сторін.
