1. У зв’язку з допущеними арифметичними помилками, Сторони погодили визнати такою, що не підлягає виконанню Додаткову угоду № 1 від 29 березня 2021 року, шляхом відмови від неї, як це передбачено відповідно до ч. 2 ст. 214 ЦК України.
2. Сторони домовились внести зміни у специфікацію згідно пункту 2.8 договору № 7 від 27 січня 2021 року, та викласти її в новій редакції, підвищити ціну товару не більше ніж на 10 % згідно довідки Управління статистики.

Внести зміни в п.2.8 Договору № 7 від 27 січня 2021 року про закупівлю товару та викласти в новій редакції «2.8. У випадку зміни ринкових цін на Товар або прийняття відповідними державними органами законодавчих актів, що впливають на формування ціни, а також впливу інфляції на ціну, такі зміни узгоджуються сторонами у додаткових угодах. Ціна за одиницю товару може бути змінена не більше ніж на 10 % та не перевищувати ціну згідно довідки Управління статистики.
