На підставі частини 5 статті 36 Закону України “Про публічні закупівлі”, а саме: дія договору про закупівлю може продовжуватися на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закуівлі на початку наступного року, що не перевищує 20% суми, визначеної в договорі, укладеному в попередньому році, якщо видатки на цю мету затверджено в установленому порядку. Ціну договору збільшено до 708000,00 грн.
