У зв’язку з моніторингом цін на дизельне пальне на ринку м. Черкаси, проведеним відділом матеріально-технічного забезпечення за результатами звернення ТОВ «ТОРГОВИЙ ДІМ БІОІЛ» щодо підняття ціни на дизельне пальне (лист № 18 від 17.04.2018, експертний висновок від 17.04.2018р. № О -306 Черкаської Торгово - Промислової Палати про рівень ринкової вартості на дизельне паливо) та підготовкою додаткової угоди до договору поставки № 19/03/18 від 19.03.2018 року, виникла необхідність подовжити термін дії зазначеного Договору до 31.05.2018 р., оскільки вищенаведені заходи унеможливлюють виконання Сторонами зобов’язань у строки, визначені цим Договором.
