Видатки (план використання бюджетних коштів на 2023 р.) для закупівлі електричної енергії на 2023 р. затверджені 11.01.2023 р. з їх відповідною реєстрацією в органах Державної казначейської служби України. Тому Замовник не провів закупівлю ел. енергії на наступний 2023 рік. Згідно Постанови №1178 від 12.10.2022 р. та Закону України ""Про публічні закупівлі" ст.41 частина 6 ми продовжили дію основного договору про закупівлю ел.енергії до 28.02.23р.- ДУ №30-12-22 від 30.12.22р. на термін, який достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі ел.ен. . Обсяг -20% суми, визначеної в початковому договорі закупівлі ел.енергії, затверджено тільки в січні 2023 р.

Видатки для закупівлі електричної енергії на 2023 р., що зазначені в Дод.Угоді№30-12-22-1 від 16.01.2023р. як 20% від суми , визначеної в початковому договорі закупівлі електричної енергії на 2022 р.
