Керуючись ч. 2 ст. 632, ч. 1 ст. 651, ч. 1 ст. 652 Цивільного кодексу України, відповідно до п. 2.6, п. 11.1, п. 11.2 Договору про закупівлю вугілля кам'яного №289 від 01 грудня 2017 року (надалі іменується "Договір"), на підставі п. 2 ч. 4 ст. 36 Закону України “Про публічні закупівлі”, у зв’язку із коливанням ціни на вугілля кам’яне марки Д (25-200), Сторони прийшли спільної згоди внести зміни до Договору, а саме змінити ціну за одиницю товару не більше ніж на 10 відсотків, скоригувати кількість товару у Додатку № 1 до Договору - Специфікації на поставку Товару та викласти її у новій редакції, що додається.
