У зв’язку з неможливістю подальшого виконання зобов’язань в частині постачання природного газу Споживачу за Договором № 0912-01 від 15.01.2021 року (далі – Договір), яке пов’язане з різким коливанням ціни на ринку природного газу в бік збільшення, а також неможливістю підвищення ціни Договору за одиницю товару (природного газу) в межах Закону, згідно п.п.1 ч.5 ст.41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» від 25.12.2015 №922-VIII. Сторони дійшли згоди достроково розірвати Договір на постачання природного газу для потреб непобутових споживачів (установи та організації, що фінансуються з державного та місцевих бюджетів) № 0912-01 від 15.01.2021 року.
