Керуючись ч. 6 ст. 41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» (зі змінами та доповненнями) та п. 10.9. Договору, Сторони погодили, що дія договору про закупівлю може продовжуватися на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного року, в обсязі, що не
перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної в договорі, укладеному в попередньому році, якщо видатки на цю мету затверджено в установленому порядку. Враховуючи зазначене та зважаючи на потребу Замовника, Сторони встановили що сума 20% угоди до Договору становить 764 836,00 грн. (дев’ятсот шістдесят тисяч гривень 00 копійок),
що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми визначеної в договорі, укладеному в попередньому році
