1.Сторони погодили зменшити на розрахунковий період з січня 2022р. ціну за одиницю товару у зв'язку із зміною середньозваженої ціни закупівлі електричної енергії на ринку« на добу наперед» (ЦРДН), пов’язаної з коливанням ціни на ринку, що визначається за оперативними даними Державного підприємства «Оператор ринку». 2. Сторони погодили збільшити на розрахунковий період з січня 2022р. ціну за одиницю товару у зв'язку із зміною регульваної складової ціни електричної енергії, а саме тарифу на послуги з передачі електричної енергії, що затверджені Постановою НКРЕКП від 01.12.2021 №2454 «Про встановлення тарифу на послуги з передачі електричної енергії НЕК «УКРЕНЕРГО» на 2022рік» та становить 0.34564 грн/кВТ*год (без ПДВ). Отже за січень місяць ціна зменшилась за одиницю товару та становить 3.60581 грн/кВТ*год (без ПДВ),тобто 4.326972 грн/кВТ*год (з ПДВ).
