Відповідно до п.п. 7 п. 19 Постанови Кабінету Міністрів України № 1178 від 12 жовтня 2022 року «Особливості здійснення публічних закупівель товарів, робіт і послуг для замовників, передбачених Законом України «Про публічні закупівлі», на період дії правового режиму воєнного стану в Україні та протягом 90 днів з дня його припинення або скасування», у зв’язку зі зміною середньозваженої ціни на електроенергію на ринку «на добу наперед», керуючись передбаченим п.п.2.7.1. п. 2.7. розділу 2 Додатку 5 до Договору порядком, Сторони домовились змінити ціну електричної енергії за встановленим Договором порядком (формульним розрахунком та встановити Ціну (тариф) електричної енергії за Договором у розмірі 8,031372101грн. з ПДВ за 1 кВт*год.
