У зв’язку із виділенням додаткового фінансування Замовнику Сторони погодили викласти пункт 3.1 до Договору в такій редакції:
«Ціна цього Договору становить 321800,00 грн. в ПДВ (Триста двадцять одна тисяча вісімсот гривень, 00 коп.), у т.ч. ПДВ. Платіжні (бюджетні) зобов’язання за цим Договором в межах доведеної суми (у межах кошторисних призначень), яка складає 174431,70 грн. (Сто сімдесят чотири тисячі чотириста тридцять одна гривня, 70 коп.), в т.ч. ПДВ.
В іншій частині оплата за Договором здійснюється за рахунок коштів Замовника».
