З 01 травня 2019 року ціна природного газу, що постачається по договору, без врахування вартості транспортування природного газу магістральними трубопроводами, складе : за 1000,0 кубічних метрів – 7317,35 грн. Крім того податок на додану вартість – 20 %. Всього до сплати за 1000 куб.м. природного газу – 8780,82 грн. 1. Пункт 2.1. договору викласти в новій редакції. 2. Всі інші умови договору залишаються без змін. 3. Додаткова угода підписана в двох примірниках що мають однакову юридичну силу і діють з 01 травня 2019 року.

Сторони прийшли до згоди що до продовження строку дії договору, на період достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на 2020 року, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної в договорі, укладеному в 2019 році, якщо видатки на цю закупівлю затверджені в установленому порядку. 1. Підпункт 1.2. доповнити наступним абзацом:Постачальник передає Споживачу природний газ, у січні 2020 року, в обсягах ___________ тис. куб.м. 2. Ціна газу що передається по цій додатковій угоді за 1000,0 кубічних метрів газу без ПДВ складає Разом 49300 грн. 3. Загальна вартість додаткової угоди складає: 49 300 грн. 4. Всі інші умови договору № С/246-19/1-17 постачання природного газу від 19.02.2019 р. залишаються без змін. 5. Дана Додаткова угода є невід’ємною частиною Договору № С/246-19/1-17 постачання природного газу від 19.02.2019 р. і діє до 31.03.2020 року в частині постачання природного газу, а в частині розрахунків до повного виконання зобов’язань.
