Відповідно до п. 10.3 Договору про закупівлю № ПБ 4-7/2017 від 06 лютого 2017 року та чинного законодавства, Сторони дійшли згоди подовжити дію цього Договору про закупівлю № ПБ 4-7/2017 від 06 лютого 2017 року на термін, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного року, в обсязі 20 відсотків суми, визначеної у Договорі, укладеному у попередньому році, якщо видатки на цю мету затверджено в установленому порядку, а саме на 30 933,24 грн., (Тридцять тисяч дев’ятсот тридцять три грн., 24 коп.) без ПДВ.
