На підставі рішення Виконавчого комітету Житомирської міської ради від 02.10.2024 №1561 "Про застосування та встановлення тарифів на теплову енергію, її виробництво, транспортування та постачання, послугу з постачання теплової енергії" Сторони прийшли до згоди та вирішили внести зміни у п.3.2. договору і викласти п.3.2. у наступній редакції: "Тарифи на теплову енергію становлять для другої групи споживачів: 3 773,08 гривень за одну Гкал, з ПДВ". З врахуванням внесених змін, п.1.4. договору викласти в наступній редакції: "Обсяг закупівлі за цим договором становить - 453,067 Гкал."
