Враховуючи відсутність технічної можливості внесення змін до оголошення, опублікованого в рамках проведення проведеної процедури UA-2019-12-11-001680-с, з метою дотримання принципу прозорості і недопущення порушень у сфері публічних закупівель, оприлюднюється протокол засідання тендерного комітету. Оскільки закупівля проводилась на придбання електричної енергії як товару необхідне коригування конкретної назви предмету закупівлі («електрична енергія»). Технічна помилка виникла у оголошенні про проведення процедури відкритих торгів. Сутність закупівлі за конкретною назвою «Електрична енергія» (товар) відповідає річному плану закупівель, тендерній документації, укладеному договору.
