Відповідно до п.5 ст.36 ЗУ " Про публічні закупівлі" та п.10.4 розділу Х Договору про закупівлю товару № 9/18 від 19.06.2018 року, дія договору про закупівлю може продовжуватися на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного року, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної в договорі, укладеному в попередньому році, якщо видатки на цю мету затверджено в установленому порядку. Ціна додаткової угоди на поставку Постачальником товару: код ДК 021:2015 - 03410000-7 - Деревина ( дрова паливні змішаних порід) складає 55315,20 грн. з ПДВ, що становить 20% від ціни Договору.
