Зменшити обсяги закупівлі на 77,799 Гкал. та внести зміни в абзац 3 п.п.1.1 п.1 Договору та викласти в наступні редакції:
«Постачальник» зобов'язується відпустити «Споживачеві» з котельні 268,151 Гкал теплової енергії.»
Зменшити суму договору на – 469 109,53 грн (чотириста шістдесят дев'ять тисяч сто дев'ять гривень 53 коп.) в тому числі - ПДВ 78 184,92 грн. (сімдесят вісім тисяч сто вісімдесят чотири гривні 92 коп.) та викласти п. 2.3. Договору в наступній редакції:
«2.3.Ціна цього Договору становить: 1 616 889,40 грн. (один мільйон шістсот шістнадцять тисяч вісімсот вісімдесят дев'ять гривень 40 коп.) в тому числі ПДВ – 269 481,57 грн. (двісті шістдесят дев'ять тисяч чотириста вісімдесят одна гривня 57 коп.)»
