Згідно п. 3.4 Договору № 6189 від 07.07.2020р року уклали цю Додаткову угоду (далі - Угода) до договору № 6189 від 07.07.2020 року (далі – «Договір») про наступне:
1. Сторони дійшли взаємної згоди щодо зменшення загальної суми Договору на 80,00 грн ( вісімдесят грн. 00 коп.) ціни, без зміни кількості та якості товару, та відповідно:
1.1. Пункт 3.3. Договору викласти в наступній редакції: «Загальна сума Договору становить: 250 920,00 грн. (двісті п’ятдесят тисяч дев’ятсот двадцять грн. 00 коп.), в тому числі ПДВ 41820,00грн.».

Відповідно до п,1 та п.2 ч.5 ст.41 ЗУ "Про публічні закупівлі" та на підставі п.1.3 та п.3.5 Договору №6189 від 07.07.2020р , Сторони дійшли згоди щодо збільшення ціни за одиницю товару до 10 відсотків проаорційно збільшенню ціни такого товару на ринку у разі коливання такого товару на ринку за умови, що така ціна не призведе до збільшення суми, визначеної в договорі про закупівлю та зменшення обсягу закупівлі та відповідно суми Договору на 0,30грн

Керуючись п.8 ч.4 та ч. 5 ст. 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» в редакції від 02.04.2020р., а також з урахуванням положень додаткової угоди № 4 від 30.12.2020р. до Договору, Сторони прийшли до згоди продовжити строк дії Договору для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного року, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 % суми, визначеної в договорі, укладеному в попередньому році, якщо видатки на цю мету затверджені в установленому порядку.
2. Сума виконання договору, укладеного в попередньому році становить 172227,45грн.. Вартість цієї Додаткової угоди складає 34337,10грн.в т.ч. ПДВ 5722,85грн. згідно специфікації (Додаток 1),
