Із змісту даних офіційного вебсайту ДП "Оператор ринку" відбулось зростання ціни електричної енергії на "ринку на добу вперед" та на внутрішньодобовому ринку (РДН/ВДР) у серпні місяці 2022 року. Вбачаються усі правові підстави для внесення змін до Договору в частині збільшення ціни, але не більше ніж на 10%. При цьому, така зміна не призведе до збільшення суми визначеної в Договорі.
