На підставі п.5.1 та п.5.2 статті 41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» та згідно п.11.3 Договору № 52 від 15.02.2021 р. у зв’язку із збільшенням середньої ринкової ціни на Товар сторони дійшли згоди збільшити ціну за одиницю товару до 10 відсотків та відповідно зменшити обсяг закупівлі та ціни Договору на 34 394,00 грн. (тридцять чотири тисячі триста дев’яносто чотири гривні 00 копійок).

На підставі п.5.1 та 5.2 статті 41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» та згідно п. 11.3 Договору № 52 від 15.02.2021 р., у зв’язку зі збільшенням середньої ринкової ціни на Товар, сторони дійшли згоди про збільшення ціни за одиницю товару до 10 відсотків та, відповідно, зменшення обсягу закупівлі та ціни Договору на 1,44 грн. (Одна гривня 44 копійки).

Договору № 52 від 15.02.2021 р. в новій редакції: «Ціна цього Договору становить: 91 035,36 грн. (дев’яносто одна тисяча тридцять п’ять гривень 36 копійок), в тому числі ПДВ - 15 172,56 грн.»

Сторони, керуючись нормами ЗУ «Про публічні закупівлі», чинного цивільного та господарського законодавства, дійшли згоди дію Договору № 52 від 15.02.2021р. продовжити на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного року в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної в початковому договорі про закупівлю, укладеному в попередньому році, якщо видатки на досягнення цієї цілі затверджено в установленому порядку.
Товар відповідно до специфікації (додаток №1).
Очікувана сума цієї додаткової угоди складає: 18 192,00 грн. (вісімнадцять тисяч сто дев’яносто дві гривні 00 копійок), в тому числі ПДВ - 3 032,00 грн.
