Керуючись п. 1 ч. 5 ст. 41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» Сторони домовились зменшити обсяги закупівлі, зокрема з урахуванням фактичного обсягу видатків замовника та укласти цю Додаткову угоду. У зв’язку із застосуванням п. 1 цієї Додаткової угоди: зменшити суму договору на 87 000,00 грн (Вісімдесят сім тисяч гривень 00 коп.). Всі інші умови Договору № 2-Т від «18» січня 2022 року залишаються незмінними і Сторони підтверджують по них свої зобов’язання.
