Керуючись п.8 ч.5 та ч. 6 ст. ст. 41 Закону "Про публічні закупівлі" , абз. 2 п.9 додатку №3 вартість Договору становить до Договору сторони дійшли згоди продовжити строк дії Договору для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного року в обсязі, що не перевищує 20% суми визначеної у Договорі. Ціна цієї додаткової угоди становить 276 120грн. з ПДВ. При цьому загальна 1380600 грн. з ПДВ. При цьому термін дії договору залишається до 31.03.2022 року.
