Пункт 1.2. Розділу І викласти в наступній редакції: "1.2. Найменування послуг, які "ВИКОНАВЕЦЬ" надає "ОТРИМУВАЧУ", згідно з цім Договором - Код ДК 021:2015: 55520000-1- Кейтерингові послуги (Послуги з надання лікувального харчування пацієнткам пологових будинків). Виготовлення готових страв здійснюється у виробничих приміщеннях з використанням відповідного технологічного обладнання у відповідності технологічних карток. Виготовлені страви розфасовуються у порціонні герметичні пластикові контейнери.
Доставка готових страв з центральної кухні здійснюється ВИКОНАВЦЕМ у відповідності до заявок головних лікарів пологових будинків за допомогою спеціалізованого автотранспорту та роздається пацієнткам пологових будинків шляхом використання вендингових апаратів в посуді виконавця на умовах, передбачених діючим законодавством. Обсяг послуг зазначений у Специфікації (Додаток 1) до цього Договору".
