1 . У зв’язку зі зміною ціни та кількості на продукти харчування з 01 жовтня 2020 року сторони прийшли до згоди зробити зміни до договору № 23 від «20» лютого 2020 року , а саме:
а) Ціна на молоко пастеризоване 2,5 % збільшена і становить 19,92 грн. за 1 л. з ПДВ
Збільшити суму договору на 881,40 грн.(Вісімсот вісімдесят одна грн. 40 коп.)
б)Зменшити кількість молока пастеризованого 2,5 % на 500 л по ціні 19,92 грн. за 1 л. з ПДВ
Зменшити суму договору на 9960,00 грн.(Дев’ять тисяч дев’ятсот шістдесят грн. 00 коп.)
Всього зменшити суму договору на 9078,60 грн.(Дев’ять тисяч сімдесят вісім грн. 60 коп.)
2. Після зменшення загальна сума договору складає 42779,40 грн. з ПДВ (Сорок дві тисячі сімсот сімдесят дев’ять грн. 40 коп.).

Збільшити суму договору на 420,00 грн.(Чотириста двадцять грн. 00 коп.)
б)Зменшити кількість молока згущеного 370 гр. ж/б на 120 шт. по ціні 34,50 грн. за 1 шт. з ПДВ
Зменшити суму договору на 4140,00 грн.(Чотири тисячі сто сорок грн. 00 коп.)
Всього зменшити суму договору на 3720,00 грн.(Три тисячі сімсот двадцять грн. 00 коп.)
2. Після зменшення загальна сума договору складає 39059,40 грн. з ПДВ (Тридцять дев’ять тисяч п’ятдесят дев’ять грн. 40 коп.).

б)Зменшити кількість молока пастеризованого 2,5 % на 70л. по ціні 19,92 грн. за 1 л. з ПДВ
Зменшити суму договору на 1394,40 грн.(Одна тисяча триста дев’яносто чотири грн. 40 коп.)
Всього збільшити суму договору на 1710,60 грн.(Одна тисяча сімсот десять грн. 60 коп.)
2. Після збільшення загальна сума договору складає 40770,00 грн. з ПДВ (Сорок тисяч сімсот сімдесят грн.00 коп.).
