Сторони дійшли згоди внести зміни до п. 9.1 розділу 9 Договору купівлі-продажу товарів з використанням паливних карток № 53ОБКПК-0186/533 від 12.06.2017 та викласти його у наступній редакції:
«9.1. Договір набирає чинності з дати його укладення (підписання) Сторонами та діє до 31 грудня 2019 року, а в частині передачі Продавцем Покупцю оплаченого Товару та Послуг та оплати Покупцем отриманого Товару до моменту повного та належного виконання Сторонами зобов’язань за Договором.
У випадку, якщо протягом 30 (тридцяти) календарних днів до моменту закінчення дії Договору жодна із сторін не повідомить іншу сторону про свою відмову від продовження цього Договору, цей Договір щоразу автоматично вважається продовженим на наступний календарний рік, на тих самих умовах».
