Note:
Керуючись п.1 ч.4 ст. 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі»» та п.7.2.1. Договору № 29 від 29.05.2017 р. (надалі-Договір), Сторони домовились зменшити обсяг закупівлі, зокрема з урахуванням фактичного обсягу видатків Замовника, на загальну суму 33675 грн. 15 коп.( Тридцять три тис. шістсот сімдесят п’ять грн. 15 коп.), в т. ч. ПДВ – 2203 грн. 05 коп. внести наступні зміни та викласти в новій редакції пункт:
3.1: Загальна сума Договору складає 39249 грн. 42 коп.( Тридцять дев`ять тис. двісті сорок дев`ять грн. 42 коп.), у тому числі податок на додану вартість (ПДВ)- 2567 грн. 72 коп.
Керуючись ч.5 ст. 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» та п.7.2.8 Договору № 29-17 від 29.05.2017 р. (надалі-Договір), Сторони домовились продовжити термін дії Договору на строк достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного року.
