Під час оприлюднення договору про закупівлю за вказаною процедурою була допущена технічна помилка при вказанні номеру договору, що привело до неспівпадіння дійсного номеру договору 302 з номером договору 305 у звіті про результати проведення процедури закупівлі, який автоматично формується електронною системою закупівель. Таким чином, у звіті номером договору необхідно вважати 302.

1. Під час оприлюднення договору про закупівлю за вказаною процедурою була допущена технічна помилка при вказанні номеру договору, що привело до неспівпадіння дійсного номеру договору 302 з номером договору 305 у звіті про результати проведення процедури закупівлі, який автоматично формується електронною системою закупівель. Таким чином, у звіті номером договору необхідно вважати 302. 2. Неспівпадіння адреси Постачальника у договорі та звіті про результати проведення процедури закупівлі пов`язано з тим, що відповідно до інформаційного листа Постачальника ТОВ «ОПТІМАТРЕЙДІНГ» юридична та поштова адреса підприємства змінилась у зв’язку з перейменуванням вулиці. Таким чином, правильною адресою необхідно вважати адресу, вказану у договорі.
