1. Сторони домовились зменшити суму договору на 1 431 808,88 грн.(Один мільйон чотириста тридцять одна тисяча вісімсот вісім грн 88 коп.) в т.ч. ПДВ-238 634,81грн (двісті тридцять вісім тисяч шістсот тридцять чотири грн.. 81 коп.)
2. Внести зміни в п.4.1. договору та викласти йього в наступній редакції:
«4.1.Загальна вартість Договору становить 4 776 895,12 грн (Чотири мільйона сімсот сімдесят шість тисяч вісімсот дев’яносто п’ять гривень 12 копійок) з урахуванням ПДВ-796 149,19 грн., з них за рахунок коштів міського бюджету- 3 855 023,13 грн з ПДВ, за власні кошти підприємства – 921 871,99 з ПДВ.
