Note:
Сторони домовились продовжити дію Договору №1 від 08.01.2019 р.на постачання природного газу на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного року, а саме до 31.01.2020 р. в обсязі, що не перевищує 20% суми, визначеної в Договорі №1 від 08.01.2019 р.
Ця Додаткова угода вважається укладеною і набирає чинності з 01.01.2020 р.
Дана Додаткова угода є невід'ємною частиною Договору №1 від 08.01.2019 р. складена в двох примірниках, що мають однакову юридичну силу по одному для кожної із Сторін.
Всі інші пункти Договору №1 від 08.01.2019 р. є незмінними.
