На підставі рішення Національної комісії, що здійснює державне регулювання у сфері зв'язку та інформатизації від 10 серпня 2021 року №299 "Про затвердження гранічних тарифів на універсальні послуги поштового зв'язку", зареєстрованого в Міністерстві юстиції України 26 серпня 2021 року за № 1117/36739, Сторони прийшли до взаємної згоди внести наступні зміни в Договір від 17.05.2021 № 187 на закупівлю знаків поштового зв’язку
