Відповідно до змісту Додаткової угоди № 1 від 29.01.2021 року. Дане Повідомлення про внесення змін до договору про закупівлю стосується Договору № 71151000604/1 від 30 грудня 2020 року укладеного за результатами проведення спрощеної закупівлі № UA-2020-11-27-002837-a, яка опублікована на веб-порталі Уповноваженого органу з питань закупівель за посиланням https://prozorro.gov.ua/tender/UA-2020-11-27-002837-a. Форма Звіту про договір про закупівлю, укладений без використання електронної системи закупівель була застосована замовником з метою забезпечення технічної можливості для формування Повідомлень про внесення змін до договору про закупівлю та в подальшому – Звіту про виконання договору про закупівлю, після закінчення строку дії договору, виконання договору або його розірвання.
