Договору доповнити наступним абзацом: «Постачальник здійснює постачання природного газу Споживачу з 01.01.2021 року по 31.03.2021р., в обсязі 14,59772 тис. куб. м.».

Всі інші умови Договору залишаються без змін та є обов'язковими для виконання Сторонами. 4. Відповідно до ч.3 ст.631 Цивільного Кодексу України, умови даної угоди розповсюджуються на відносини сторін, які виникли з 05.01.2021 р.

Договору доповнити наступним абзацом: «Постачальник здійснює постачання природного газу Споживачу з 01.01.2021 року по 31.03.2021р., в обсязі 12,06643 тис. куб. м.». 3. Всі інші умови Договору залишаються без змін та є обов'язковими для виконання Сторонами. 4. Відповідно до ч.3 ст.631 Цивільного Кодексу України, умови даної угоди розповсюджуються на відносини сторін, які виникли з 10.01.2021 р. 5. Ця додаткова угода є невід'ємною частиною Договору, укладена українською мовою в двох автентичних примірниках, кожний з яких має однакову юридичну силу, по одному для кожної із Сторін.
