Враховуючи зменшення обсягів послуг, керуючись п. 1 ч. 5 ст. 41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі», пунктами 3.7., 17.8. Договору, Сторони вирішили:
1. Викласти пункт 3.1 Договору, у наступній редакції:
«3.1. Ціна цього Договору становить 130 007 803,36 грн. (сто тридцять мільйонів сім тисяч вісімсот три гривні 36 коп.) з ПДВ.
Ціна Договору без ПДВ становить 108 336 137,23 грн.
ПДВ (для платників) – 21 671 666,13 грн.
У тому числі, у 2020 році за рахунок спеціального фонду державного бюджету 19 641 778,73 грн. з ПДВ, у 2021 році за рахунок спеціального фонду державного бюджету 107 355 045,20 грн. з ПДВ, у 2021 році за рахунок загального фонду державного бюджету 3 010 979,43 грн. з ПДВ.
Вказані суми можуть коригуватися в межах ціни Договору при зміні напрямків використання коштів державного/місцевого бюджету відповідно до планів фінансування, затверджених Укравтодором (нормативних актів Кабінету Міністрів України, облдержадміністрацій, райдержадміністрацій, тощо), що буде визначатися додатковими угодами.
Договірна ціна є твердою.
