На підставі підпункту 13.7.2 Договору № 28/09/21-1Еп від 28.09.2021 року "Про закупівлю товарів", керуючись ч.2 п.5 ст. 41 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі" та у зв'язку з коливанням на ринку цін Товару, Сторони дійшли взаємної згоди про внесення змін до вказаного договору, а саме: змінити ціну у бік збільшення з врахуванням вартості тарифу на передачу та ПДВ – 4.31164 грн/кВт год, на загальну суму: 147 300, 00 грн. з ПДВ, загальний обсяг електричної енергії – 34163 кВт/год.
