1.Сторони дійшли згоди внести зміни до п. 2.3. Договору у розділі «Договірна ціна», виклавши їх у наступній редакції:
«Ціна цього Договору становить 2 899 990,00 (два мільйони вісімсот дев’яносто дев’ять тисяч дев’ятсот дев’яносто гривень 00 копійок) у тому числі ПДВ (20%) – 483 331, 67 грн. (чотириста вісімдесят три тисячі триста тридцять одна гривня шістдесят сім копійок).
З розрахунку по роках:
2018 рік – 1 540 836,83 грн. (один мільйон п’ятсот сорок тисяч вісімсот тридцять шість гривень вісімдесят три копійки), у тому числі ПДВ (20%) – 256 806, 13 грн. (двісті п’ятдесят шість тисяч вісімсот шість гривень тринадцять копійок);
2019 рік – 1 359 153, 17 грн. (один мільйон триста п’ятдесят дев’ять тисяч сто п’ятдесят три гривні сімнадцять копійок) у тому числі ПДВ (20%) – 226 525, 52 грн. ( двісті двадцять шість тисяч п’ятсот двадцять п’ять гривень п’ятдесят дві копійки).
