Враховуючи частину 5 статті 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» від 25 грудня 2015 року № 922-VІІІ (зі змінами та доповненнями) та згідно п. 13.2.8. Договору, Сторони дійшли взаємної згоди укласти цю Додаткову угоду про затвердження обсягу, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної в Договорі на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного року.
