У зв'язку з підвищенням ціни на природний газ на ринку, керуючись п. 2, ч. 4., ст. 36 (в новій редакції п. 2 частини 5 статті 41) ЗУ "Про публічні закупівлі" сторони домовилися збільшити ціну газу до 10% та внести зміни до Договору на постачання природного газу для потреб непобутових споживачів № 14-284/19 від 07.02.2020року, шляхом корегування планових обсягів закупівлі зазначених у договорі.
