Керуючись ст. 652 ЦКУ, відповідно до п. 8, Розділу 8 “Інші умови” Договору від 25.11.2022 № 56/1 (далі - Договір), з метою зменшення обсягів закупівлі Сторони дійшли згоди
1. Зменшити Ціну договору на 663,99 грн., та викласти п. 2.1, розділу 2 “Ціна договору” Договору в наступній редакції:
« 2.1. Ціна цього Договору становить 4981,45 грн. (чотири тисячі дев'ятсот вісімдесят одна гривня 45 копійок), у тому числі ПДВ 830,24 грн.».
