Малотокмачанська сільська рада Пологівського району Запорізької області.
3. В Додатках до Договору № 4/125 від 27.01.2021р. змінити назву Споживача, вважати правильним: Малотокмачанська сільська рада Пологівського району Запорізької області.
4. Сторони керуючись ст. 631 Цивільного кодексу України дійшли згоди, що умови даної Додаткової угоди № 1 застосовуються до відносин між сторонами, які виникли до її укладання, починаючи з 15.02.2021 року.

3. В Додатках до Договору № 4/125 від 27.01.2021р. змінити назву Споживача, вважати правильним: Малотокмачанська сільська рада Пологівського району Запорізької області.
4. Сторони керуючись ст. 631 Цивільного кодексу України дійшли згоди, що умови даної Додаткової угоди № 2 застосовуються до відносин між сторонами, які виникли до її укладання, починаючи з 15.03.2021 року.

1. Керуючись частиною шостою статті 67 Закону України "Про ринок електричної енергії" від 13.04.2017 № 2019-VIII: "За результатами торгів відповідно до правил ринку "на добу наперед" та внутрішньодобового ринку оприлюднюються ціна та обсяги купівлі-продажу електричної енергії для кожного розрахункового періоду та інші показники, що можуть використовуватися як орієнтир (індикатор) для укладення правочинів щодо купівлі-продажу електричної енергії на ринку електричної енергії" та оприлюднених результатів торгів на ринку "на добу наперед" та внутрішньодобовому ринку (як однієї із складових тарифу), які забезпечує ДП "Оператор ринку" на своєму вебсайті , відповіднодо п.5.5, п.5.5.2, п.5.8 Договору та ч.5 ст.41 ЗУ "Про публічні закупівлі" та експертного висновку № ОИ-178/1 від 15.09.2021 року Сторони домовились внести зміни до Договору про постачання електричної енергії споживачу № 4/125 від 27 січня 2021 та викласти в наступній редакції: (про що вказано в Додатковій угоді № 4 до Договору).
