Відповідно до ч. 1 ст. 651 Цивільного Кодексу України , пунктів 11.1. та 11.3 Договору №21 від 01.02.2021 р. Сторони домовилися змінити обсяг закупівлі та зменшити вартість послуг на 48400,00 грн. ( Сорок вісім тисяч чотириста грн.. 00 коп.) та внести зміни в пункт 3.1. Договору виклавши його в наступній редакції:
«3.1. Ціна цього Договору становить : 280720,00 грн. Двісті вісімдесят тисяч сімсот двадцять грн. 00 коп.. Без ПДВ.

ПДВ., у тому числі на 11616,00 грн. без ПДВ за січень-лютий 2022р. та внести зміни в пункт 3.1. Договору, виклавши в наступній редакції:
