Note:
Сторони дійшли згоди:
1. Пункт 2.1. розділу 2 «Предмет договору» доповнити абзацем наступного змісту:
«Загальна кількість товару (код за ДК:021:2015: 09310000-5 «Електрична енергія» (універсальна послуга)) за цим Договором складає 45000 кВт*год»
2. Пункт 5.3. розділу 5 Ціна, порядок обліку і оплати електричної енергії» Договору викласти в наступній редакції:
«Ціна на електричну енергію визначається Постачальником у разі дотримання умов надання універсальних послуг, визначених у пункті 3.1. Розділу 3 цього Договору та у відповідності до методики (порядку) розрахунку ціни на електричну енергію, затвердженої Регулятором. Сума Договору становить 75600,00 (сімдесят п’ять тисяч шістсот гривень 00 копійок) у тому числі ПДВ — 12600,00 грн. (дванадцять тисяч шістсот гривень 00 копійок) з урахуванням оплати послуг оператора системи розподілу електричної енергії».
3. Пункт 13.2. Розділу 13 «Строк дії договору та інші умови» викласти в наступній редакції:
«Цей Договір набирає чинності з моменту підписання та діє до 31.12.2021 року, а в частині проведення розрахунків — до повного їх виконання. Згідно ст. 631 ЦК України, умови Договору розповсюджуються на відносини сторін, які виникли з 01.03.2021 р.»
