При підписанні договору з переможцем торгів була допущена технічна помилка у п/п 9 Специфікації Договору, а саме невірно вказана сума за одиницю продукції. На нараді договірної комісії було розглянуто дане питання та вирішено повідомити контрагента про необхідність виправлення технічної помилки шляхом підписання додаткової угоди. Додаткова угода повністю відповідає тендерній пропозиції переможця торгів після проведення аукціону.
