1. Сторони дійшли згоди внести зміни в пункти договору № 497 від 29.10.2021, виклавши їх в наступній редакції:
3.1 Ціна за надання послуг з технічного нагляду з будівництва Об’єкта за Договором становить 648 000 грн 00 коп. грн.( шістсот сорок вісім тисяч грн 00 коп.) в т. ч. ПДВ (20%) – 108 000 грн 00 коп.
Загальна сума фінансування робіт складає:
- на 2021 рік – 233 280 грн
- на 2022 рік – 414 720 грн
2. Інші умови Договору № 497 від 29.10.2021, не визначені в даній Додатковій угоді №1, залишається без змін.
