Замовником під час оприлюднення додаткової угоди № 2 від 14.01.2022 року договору про закупівлю № 6701 від 06.05.2021 року було допущено помилку, а саме внаслідок механічної помилки неоприлюднено файл з текстом додаткової угоди № 2 від 14.01.2022 року, у зв’язку з чим інформація стосовно додаткової угоди була оприлюднена не в повному обсязі. У зв’язку з цим замовником прийнято рішення оприлюднити файл додаткової угоди № 2 від 14.01.2022 року договору про закупівлю № 6701 від 06.05.2021 року через функціонал для оприлюднення додаткових угод шляхом обрання підстави для внесення змін до договору про закупівлю “покращення якості предмета закупівлі, за умови що таке покращення не призведе до збільшення суми, визначеної в договорі про закупівлю”. Повідомлення про внесення змін до договору про закупівлю, яке сформується в електронній системі закупівель, вирішено вважати недійсним.
