Note:
1. Керуючись пп.2 ч.4 ст. 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі», на підставі листа Харківської торгівельно-промислової палати Сторони дійшли згоди збільшити ціну за 1 л дизельного палива на 2,05 грн., встановивши її у розмірі 27,00 грн., та бензину А92 на 1,55 грн., встановивши її у розмірі 28,50 грн.
2. Керуючись ч. 5 ст. 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» збільшити суму Договору на 203460,00 грн. (двісті три тисячі чотириста шістдесят грн. 00 коп.), з ПДВ, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної у Договорі.
1. Учасник має поставити на цю суму Замовнику бензин А-92 у кількості 1 000 л (в талонах), дизельне паливо у кількості 6 480 л (в талонах).
