Note:
Сторони дійшли згоди внести наступні зміни в Додаток 2 Договору № 18-07-21 від 19.07.2021 р., щодо заміни товару шляхом його покращення за рахунок заміни мультимедійних проекторів (з кращими технічними характеристиками), які входять до складу інтерактивних мультимедійних комплексів без зміни загальної вартості, а саме замінити:
«Мультимедійний проектор Epson EB-535W. Виробник: Seiko Epson Corporation. Японія. Модель: EB-535W. Артикул: V11Н671040» на «Мультимедійний проектор Epson EB-536Wi. Виробник: Seiko Epson Corporation. Японія. Модель: EB-536Wi. Артикул: VI1Н670040».
Всі інші умови вищезазначеного Договору, не змінені цією Угодою, залишаються чинними у попередній редакції, і Сторони підтверджують їх обов’язковість щодо себе.

У зв’язку зі зміною реквізитів Покупця, за взаємною домовленістю, Сторони дійшли згоди змінити в тексті розділу «13. Місцезнаходження та банківські реквізити Сторін» Договору № 18-07-21 від 19 липня 2021 р., та за змістом у всіх додатків до нього - розрахунковий рахунок та викласти його у наступній редакції:
