Керуючись чинним законодавством, в т.ч. ст.36. Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі", п.11.5 та 11.7 Договору №57 від 12.02.2018, Сторони дійшли згоди внести зміни до п.3.1. та 3.4. Відповідно до п.5.ст.36 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі" дія договору про закупівлю може продовжуватися на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного року, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної в договорі, укладеному в попередньому році, якщо видатки на цю мету затверджено в установленому порядку.
