Сторони у зв'язку із зменшенням обсягу закупівлі, зокрема з урахуванням фактичного обсягу видатків Споживача, відповідно до п.1 ч.4 ст.36 Закону "Про публічні закупівлі", виходячи з наявних кошторисних призначень та відповідно до ч.1 Бюджетного кодексу України, погодились внести наступні зміни до Договору:
"п.1.2. Річний плановий обсяг постачання газу = 18023 куб.м."
"п.3.6. Загальна сума Договору складається із місячних сум вартості газу поставленого Споживачеві за даним Договором становить 222905,54 грн. (двісті двадцять дві тис. дев'ятсот п'ять грн. 54 коп.)

У відповідності до пункту 5 статті 36 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі" сторони дійшли до взаємної згоди продовжити термін дії Договору на постачання природного газу для потреб Головного управління № 41ABRvz232-18/1 від 15.01.2018 на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного року, в зв'язку із чим вирішили викласти пункт 11.1. розділу ХІ Договору у наступній редакції: "Цей Договір набирає чинності з дати його підписання і діє до 28 лютого 2019 року включно, а в частині проведення розрахунків - до повного їх здійснення".

Ціна за 1000,00 куб. м. природного газу з урахуванням тарифу на транспортування магістральними трубопроводами становить 10424,20 грн, крім того ПДВ 20% - 2084,84 грн, всього з ПДВ 12509,04 грн.
Загальна сума Договору становить 267437,72 грн у тому числі ПДВ 20% - 44572,95 грн, в тому числі на 2019 рік 44532,18 грн з ПДВ.
